Coral Reef Properties Limited is the first to introduce the “Shared Ownership” concept in the hotel business sector in Bangladesh.
The company handed over the properties of its first project, Best Western Heritage Hotel on 2018 as promised. Through the clients’ partial hotel ownership, they enjoy free accommodation in the 5 Star Standard hotel every year, as well as profit shares from other business facilities.
